Server One Updates - 3/16/09

Finally, some Server One updates. I've been able to get on my laptop again, so I'm able to work on Server One AND Two, so expect more updates.

Updates as of 3/16/09:

-King Kai's and HFIL have been aligned. Basically, this means if you're evil you go to HFIL and if you're good you go to Snake Way.

-Chance of learning Death Ball decreased to 15% and stats...
